“Hard Bounces” lists the guest email addresses that are recorded as permanently undeliverable. Campaigns are no longer sent to these addresses. The list shows since when and how an address has been recorded as permanently undeliverable. The menu item is under Sales Campaigns › Hard Bounces.
Example: Find out why a guest no longer receives newsletters
Open Sales Campaigns › Hard Bounces. The “Period” filter is set to the last month up to today.
If the entry is older, select an earlier start under “Period”.
Find the guest's row in the “Email address” or “Guest” column.
Read in the “Bounce date” column when the address was recorded as permanently undeliverable.
Read in the “Source” column how the entry was created. “Bounce processing” means that the address was permanently undeliverable during a campaign dispatch.
The row then shows since when the guest's address has counted as permanently undeliverable and where the entry comes from. If the row shows “Current status: subscribed”, the guest has subscribed again after the entry; they still remain in the list.

“Source” shows how the entry was created. After a campaign dispatch, it shows “Bounce processing”.

Frequently asked questions
Does a guest on this list still receive campaigns? Before every dispatch, permanently undeliverable recipients are excluded.
How does an address become deliverable again? If a guest's email address changes, their permanently undeliverable status is reset automatically. Otherwise, this status is changed by hand on the guest in the guest archive.
Why is a guest missing from the list although they do not receive any campaigns? Before every dispatch, recipients who are unsubscribed, marked as a spam complaint, not supported or blocked are also excluded. Unsubscribed addresses are listed under “Unsubscribed addresses”. Spam complaints, unsupported addresses and blocked addresses are not in any list; ReGuest support can provide information about them.
Why does the list not show an entry that is older? When opened, the list only shows the last month up to today. An older entry appears when an earlier start is selected under “Period”.
