The “CRM” menu item brings together four work lists about guests and sales processes: “Guest List”, “List of all deals”, “Phone follow up” and “Wait List”. The first two are tables that the hotel puts together with its own columns and filters.
Guest List
The “Guest List” is a table in which each row is a guest. With “Add view”, the hotel saves its own views with columns and filters, for example from the “Regular Guests” template. Under “Visibility”, it sets who sees the view: colleagues do not see a view set to “Only for me”. Colleagues open a view set to “For all users (only I can modify it)” via the “Existing views” tab; only the owner of the view may change it.
List of all deals
The “List of all deals” shows sales processes. A deal is a correspondence with a guest including a request, offer or booking, and each deal has a “Deal status”. The “List view” switch shows the deals as a table, the “Board view” switch as cards with one column per “Deal status”.
Phone follow up
“Phone follow up” is the call list for sent offers, with one call task per correspondence. In the task, the hotel records the result, for example “accepted”, “rejected” or “not reached”.
Wait List
The “Wait List” collects guests who are waiting for a particular period. From an entry, the hotel creates a request via “Create a request for this guest”.
Prerequisites
‘CRM’ does not need a licence module of its own. With Offers, “List of all deals”, “Phone follow up” and “Wait List” are added. With Sales Campaigns, “Create campaign” is added in the “Guest List” and the “List of all deals”. With Channels › WhatsApp™ Integration, the column, the quick filter and two filters for the WhatsApp channel are added in the “Guest List”. With Multi-Property, the “All facilities/hotels” filter and the “Facility/Hotel” column are added in “Phone follow up” and “Wait List”, and the “Hotel/facility” filter in the “List of all deals”. With MICE, the “MICE offer” filter is added in the “List of all deals”.
Access to ‘CRM’ is enabled for specific users through their role. The following need their own access in the role: “Create campaign” and “Export”. Roles are managed by ReGuest support.
