Training Center

The “Training Center” lists the guest messages for which CRIS, ReGuest's AI chatbot, found nothing suitable under “My Knowledge Base”, and the response suggestions of CRIS that staff members rejected or edited before sending. The menu item is under “Sales Intelligence” › “CR:IS” › “Training Center”.

Example: Add missing knowledge under “My Knowledge Base”

  1. Open “Sales Intelligence” › “CR:IS” › “Training Center”.

  2. Select the “Missing knowledge” tab. The list shows the newest messages first and opens the first entry.

  3. If needed, narrow the list down to the name of a sender with “Filter by name...” and open the entry you want.

  4. In the detail view, the heading “Message intent on …” names the date and the detected intent of the message. Below it are the guest's message, the reply that was sent and the original suggestion.

  5. Select “Show complete conversation”. The detail view then shows all messages of the conversation, the newest first.

  6. Open “Sales Intelligence” › “CR:IS” › “My Knowledge Base” and, in the matching area, such as “Information and Reception” or “Wellness and Leisure”, select “Add entry” in a section.

  7. In the “Insert new text” dialog, enter an “Internal name”. It is mandatory and appears as the title of the entry in the list under “My Knowledge Base”. Then, if needed, select the building under “Facility/Hotel”, select the guest's language under “Language”, enter the missing information under “Text” and select “Save”.

After that, the new entry is under “My Knowledge Base” in the selected section. CRIS searches it only in the guest's language, so the information belongs in every language in which guests ask for it.

The pages in detail

“Missing knowledge”

The heading reads “Missing information in your knowledge base detected by CR:IS”. The tab shows the messages from guests for which CRIS found nothing suitable under “My Knowledge Base”. The list shows only messages with a detected intent, the newest first, and opens the first entry. “Filter by name...” narrows the list down by the name of the sender of the message. The first four words entered are taken into account, and each of them must appear in the name.

“Rejected suggestions”

The heading reads “Proposals that have been rejected by employees”. The tab shows the response suggestions of CRIS that a staff member rejected. This list, too, shows only messages with a detected intent, the newest first, opens the first entry and can be narrowed down with “Filter by name...”.

“Edited suggestions”

The heading reads “Proposals that have been processed by employees”. The tab shows the response suggestions of CRIS that a staff member edited before sending. This list, too, shows only messages with a detected intent, the newest first, opens the first entry and can be narrowed down with “Filter by name...”.

The detail view

An opened entry shows the date and the detected intent of the message in the heading “Message intent on …”. “Show complete conversation” does not lead to another page: the detail view shows all messages of the conversation in the same place, the newest first.

Prerequisites

Frequently asked questions

Why is a reply that CRIS sent itself missing under “Rejected suggestions” and “Edited suggestions”? These two lists are filled only through the inbox, when a staff member rejects or edits a suggestion from CRIS there.

Why do “Rejected suggestions” and “Edited suggestions” stay empty? The two lists are filled only through response suggestions in the inbox, and the inbox shows those only if, under “Settings”, “How does CR:IS handle incoming Messenger messages?” is set to “suggests a response in the backend, which must be confirmed before sending” or “Answers general questions directly, applies the rules to specific questions and supports the team with suggested answers”. The default is “doesn't answer”.

Can an entry be marked as done? No. The hotel enters the missing knowledge under “My Knowledge Base” with “Add entry”.

Why are some messages missing from the lists? The lists show only messages for which CRIS detected an intent.

Why does CRIS not find a new entry? The entry must exist in the guest's language, must not be archived and must, under “Facility/Hotel”, match the building of the question or be assigned to no building. The hotel sets “Language” and “Facility/Hotel” on the entry itself.
