Requests

“Requests” analyses the hotel's requests in three tabs: which stay guests request, how long before arrival they request and book, and on which weekdays requests are made. The menu item is under Analytics › Requests.

Example: See how long guests want to stay in summer

  1. Open Analytics › Requests.

  2. Open the “Stay period” tab.

  3. Under “Arrival date between”, select the summer months, for example July to August.

  4. Under “Nights”, narrow down the length of stay, for example from 7 to 14 nights.

The “Requests by requested stay period” table then shows one row per requested pair of arrival and departure, with the columns “Arrival”, “Departure”, “Nights” and “Requests”. If there is no matching request, it shows “There is no data for the selected filter criteria.”
