“Reports” sums up the hotel's figures for a day, a week, a month or a year in one report: requests, reservations, revenue and the “Average reply time”. The menu item is under Analytics › Reports. If you need the figures regularly, you can also subscribe to the report by e-mail.
Example: View the monthly report for September
Open Analytics › Reports. The page first shows the “Weekly report” of the previous week.
Under “Report type”, select “Monthly report”.
Under “Year”, select the year, for example 2026.
Under “Period”, select the month, for example September.
The report then shows the figures for September, among them “Number of requests in the period”, “Number of reservations in the period” and “Revenue in the period”. In addition, there are “Offers by user”, “Request sources” and “Requests by country”, each sorted by count in descending order.
The pages in detail
Reports
The report is calculated when it is opened; there is no download.
“Report type” sets which period the report covers: “Daily report”, “Weekly report”, “Monthly report” or “Yearly report”.
“Year” selects the year, from 2014 onwards. For the “Yearly report”, this is the only selection.
“Period” appears for “Weekly report” and “Monthly report” and selects a calendar week or a month of the selected year. In the current year, the current week can be selected, but the current month cannot.
“day” appears for the “Daily report” instead of “Year” and “Period” and selects a day up to today at the latest. Yesterday is preselected.
“Building/hotel” limits the report to one building or hotel.
The report shows:
“Number of requests in the period” and “Number of requested nights”,
“Number of reservations in the period”, “Number of reserved nights”, “Revenue in the period” and “Number of direct reservations”,
“Average reply time” and “Average offer creation time”. Both count only offers that a staff member created, and count only the time between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.,
“Number of requests concluded without offer / rejections”,
“Offers by user”, “Request sources” and “Requests by country”, each sorted by count in descending order.
Offline messages and reports
Under Settings › User Administration, every user has the “Offline messages and reports” tab. There, in the “Periodic reports via e-mail” section, you can subscribe to the report by e-mail: set “Daily report”, “Weekly report” or “Monthly report” and select “Save”.
“Daily report”, “Weekly report” and “Monthly report” set which reports the user receives by e-mail. There is no yearly report by e-mail.
“Building/hotel” sets whether a subscription applies to one building or hotel or to all.
“Save” saves the subscription. A subscription for which neither “Daily report” nor “Weekly report” nor “Monthly report” is set is deleted when it is saved.
The daily report is sent every day for the previous day, the weekly report on Mondays for the previous week and the monthly report on the first of the month for the previous month. For each type and day, an e-mail goes out only once, and only to users whose role still includes access to the reports.
E-mail with the report
The e-mail contains the subscribed report. “To the online report” leads back to the report in ReGuest.
