Statistics of the last 30 days

The statistics of the last 30 days show how many requests, proposals and reservations the hotel had in this period, and compare most numbers with the same period one year earlier. They are on the Dashboard start page, below the clickable counters. Each box summarises one topic, such as the proposals or the reservations.

Example: Compare the reservations of the last 30 days with the previous year

  1. Open Dashboard. The statistics of the last 30 days follow below the clickable counters.

  2. In the “Reservation Statistics” box, read the key figure “reservations in the last 30 days”.

  3. Below it, read the comparison, for example “… % more than in the previous year” or “… % less than in the previous year”.

  4. Next to it, read the key figure “turnover in the last 30 days”, with its own comparison with the previous year.

  5. Click the number “reservations in the last 30 days”. The analysis of the reservations opens.

The pages in detail

The statistics are not a page of their own, but part of the dashboard.

“Requests Statistics” box

“requests in the last 30 days” counts the requests of the period. If the Website Messenger is active, “Web Messenger requests in the last 30 days” is added: the requests that came in via the Website Messenger. A click on “requests in the last 30 days” opens the analysis of the requests.

“Proposal Statistics” box

“proposals sent in the last 30 days” counts the proposals sent. The “Open Rate” divides the opened proposals by the sent proposals excluding those already booked. The “Interaction Rate” divides the proposals the guest replied to by the sent proposals. For “Open Rate” and “Interaction Rate”, the comparison with the previous year shows by what percentage the rate itself has changed. A click on “proposals sent in the last 30 days” opens the analysis of the proposals.

“Processing time - median (last 30 days)” box

“average request response time” shows how quickly the hotel responds to a request: how long it takes from the request until a proposal is sent. “average proposal creation time” shows how long creating a proposal takes. On each calendar day, only the time between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. is counted. Automatically created proposals are not counted. The two values have no comparison with the previous year and are not clickable.

Charts “Average request response time (last 30 days)” and “Average proposal preparation time (last 30 days)”

Two pie charts distribute the proposals across time spans, from “Less than 1 minute” via “Between 10 and 60 minutes” to “More than 1 day”.

“Reservation Statistics” box

“reservations in the last 30 days” and “turnover in the last 30 days” show the reservations and the turnover of the period, counted by the date of the transaction. A click on “reservations in the last 30 days” opens the analysis of the reservations. “turnover in the last 30 days” is not clickable.

“Reservations for the month (stay) …” box

The dots stand for the current month. “reservations for …” and “turnover for …” show the reservations and the turnover with arrival in this month. So here the arrival date counts, not the date of the transaction.

“Messenger Statistics” box

The box shows “Messenger users in the last 30 days” and “Guests online with an open proposal”. A click on the numbers of this box opens the conversations.

“Statistic online check-in” box

“Arrivals in the last 30 days” counts the arrivals of the period, “Arrivals with online check-in” the share of them with online check-in. The box is not clickable.

“Statistic online check-out” box

“Departures in the last 30 days” counts the departures of the period. Next to it are “Check-outs with online payment” and “paid online”. The box is not clickable.

“WhatsApp statistic” box

“Incoming messages”, “sent messages” and “costs for messages” show how many WhatsApp messages the hotel has received and sent and what they cost. A click on the values opens their analysis.

Charts “Proposal Templates (30 days)” and “Origin Countries Reservations for …”

The first chart distributes the sent proposals across the categories of their templates. The second shows the countries of origin of the guests arriving in the current month. Proposals without a template category and reservations without a country are missing from them. The charts have no comparison with the previous year and are not clickable.

Comparison with the previous year

If the value in the previous year was zero, it says “No value in the previous year”.
